Return Policy


Thank you for your purchase! We appreciate you choosing to shop online with The Whistling Whale. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 100% guarantee return policy on all our items with policy/exceptions noted below: 
 
1. Your item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving.
 
2. All items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
 
3. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your credit has been applied. Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of notification for your credit to appear on your credit card statement
 
*Note: All Sale items are non-refundable (e.g. final close out items, sale items, and items marked below original price) at the time of purchase. These items cannot be refunded. They may be only exchanged for value of purchase.
 
All items are considered final sale 30 days after delivery and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please include your original invoice in your return box or include a note with your name, shipping address and zip code and original order number. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your return package. Packages missing the above information and/or missing their original order # clearly marked on their return label outside the box may be returned at the cost of the sender
 
Please call or email before sending items for exchange. This way we can ensure we have your selection pending the arrival of your exchange item.. We will notify you upon the arrival of your exchange, so you know your item has shipped!
